#Throwback - Physique Check 7 Years Ago!
Can you believe it's been 7 years since I posted this physique update on YouTube? Time sure does fly!
In this throwback video from 2015, I was 39 years old and in the best shape of my life after months of hard work and dedication in the gym. I achieved my goal of getting shredded with visible 6 pack abs and very low body fat.
Looking back now, I'm amazed at how ripped and muscular I was able to get through intense weight lifting routines, core exercises, and a super clean diet. I was intermittent fasting and running a calorie deficit training 5 - 6 days a week to build that physique.
It wasn't easy, but I'm proud of how motivated and disciplined I was at 39. This physique check throwback reminds me of what I'm capable of and serves as inspiration to get back into peak condition.
