Day 95 Update - The Benefits of Intermittent Fasting and Carnivore

I've now completed 95 days straight of a strict intermittent fasting regimen with a 2-hour feeding window. I've also been eating a mostly carnivore diet during my feeding period. In this video, I'll discuss the changes I've experienced over the past few months of consistent IF and limited carb intake.

Intermittent fasting has become the foundation of my lifestyle and other positive health habits. By fasting for 22 hours and restricting eating to just 2 hours per day, I've seen remarkable improvements in my focus and concentration. I feel much more mentally clarity and can power through work efficiently even in a fasted state.

In addition to better focus, fasting has enabled my body to more efficiently burn its fat stores for fuel. My energy levels remain steady throughout the day and I don't experience major crashes or spikes. I've also lost significant body fat by maintaining this IF schedule. The extended periods of fasting have allowed my body to tap into fat for energy.

The anti-aging and disease prevention benefits of fasting are also becoming more apparent. Restricting eating activates autophagy, which clears out old cells and damaged tissue. The regeneration effects make me feel rejuvenated. My skin looks youthful and glowing. Fasting may also provide protection against inflammatory conditions.

Overall, 95 days of committed intermittent fasting along with a low-carb, high-fat carnivore diet has yielded outstanding results. I feel this is a sustainable lifestyle that provides enormous health and wellness benefits. The fasting discipline has created a foundation for living optimally.
