Success story following my tips on intermittent fasting "Hey man just wanted to update you on the fasting it's going really good I've noticed I've lost a good amount of body fat but I have a quick question what happens if you accidentally eat sunflower seeds in the morning during your fast"....."That's fantastic bro. It's only going to get easier as time goes on and your apatite will get reset fully to eating at dinner time eventually. Sunflower seeds are proteins and fats which have a minimum effect on insulin compared to fruit and carbs. This being said it does stop the body from burning body fat for its primarily fuel source for about 4-6 hours. While it's not a bad thing, if your goal is to get cut up like a diamond then limit doing this to just one day per week."
