Run Sprints to Attack Visceral Fat
Sprint interval training is incredibly effective for reducing dangerous visceral fat that builds up around your organs. I do 30 second sprint intervals with 60 seconds rest in between. The whole 10-12 minute workout torches calories and visceral fat with intense effort. Despite the short duration, I'm totally gassed at the end from the maximal sprints. Studies show intervals like this significantly cut visceral and belly fat. By doing 30 second sprints 4-5 times a week, I've seen dramatic reductions in my waistline and belly. Don't be afraid to push yourself on short sprint workouts. The intense effort pays off with big visceral fat loss results in minimal time.
