The organic law or the BAR?

Last night, I had my birthday dinner with mom.  I brought up the idea Mark had on the Mastermind call today of taking the bar and practicing law.  I thought of Carl Miller, "I am not practicing Judge, I know what I am doing".  

She asked if I would enjoy it.  It would be something that could be satisfying by helping the little people stand up and beat the rich.  She wondered if it would be ethical and lawful.  This is where the burden lies.  

Does the BAR offer a title of nobility?  

Is the BAR against the organic law?

Does swearing an oath to the BAR violate the organic law?

As a Free Inhabitant, a Californian, doe​s swearing an oath to the Bar forfeit those rights?  

Does the BAR provide an emolument, office or title of any kind from a foreign state?

Article VI, in the 2nd year of independence of the Articles of Confederation states:

"nor shall any person holding any office of profit or trust under the united states, or any of them, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state; nor shall the united states, in congress assembled, or any of them, grant any title of nobility. "

​No objection to becoming a certified law student.  However the foregoing questions would need to be clarified by the Supreme Court,  or exceptions taken.
